Derek Lowe pitched perfect ball for four innings, striking out half the batters he faced, and the Braves defeated the Astros for the second straight time 7-4.Lowe was the star of the Braves that day, hurling four scoreless innings. Rafael Soriano followed with a scoreless fifth inning. Boone Logan allowed a run in his inning and Stephen Marek allowed three unearned runs in the ninth. Eric O'Flaherty and Blaine Boyer had scoreless frames in the seventh and eighth.
Omar Infante drove in two runs with a triple and also walked in four plate appearances. Matt Diaz and Brooks Conrad each had a double; Conrad drove in two runs with the double in the ninth. Kelly Johnson had two singles.
The Braves play the Phillies on Wednesday. Jo-Jo Reyes will get the start for Atlanta.
